Adding, modifying, deactivating users;, password resets; plus, role, skills,

Analytics Support

Creation, modification and management of reports and dashboards

Data Services

Utilizing the built-in capability, importing (to Odoo) or exporting (from Odoo); template management is included


Remote-only training of individual or teams


Upgrade readiness testing, problem identification and execution

  • System integrations, single-sign-on
  • Community application consulting
  • Developer training
  • Business or Technical Advisory Services
  • Features not in general release (pilot or beta features) in your edition of Odoo
  • After-hours or on-site support

Our complimentary consultation services are available to discuss larger project opportunities. Bluemax Support Services is not intended to fulfill large or complex projects such as new implementations, integrations or developmental projects.

Additional Terms

  • Live Support Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CST (M-F, excluding holidays)
  • Email Support Logging and Case Logging (24 x 7 x 365)
  • No-show appointments or work sessions cancelled with less that 4 hours notice will deduct from your support plan balance
  • Bluemax Support Services are governed by our Master Services Agreement
